Ex Miss Universe and Bollywood actress Lara Dutta is creating stirs these days with her recent veggie photo shoot for an ad campaign for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). The ad has been shot by ace fashion photographer Jatin Kampani and the ad has Lara in a Gavin Miguel designed full-length gown made of lettuce leaves and other vegetables.
